    • Another issue that will definitely impact 4 wheel drive travel is this:
"In 2008, the AMWSC began an in-depth investigation of new water sources. The 2009 Water Master Plan describes the sources considered and the evaluation process. Ultimately, Stave Lake was chosen since it offers high water quality, has sufficient quantity to meet demand well beyond the planning horizon and can be developed most economically. Stave Lake will be developed in three stages to an ultimate capacity equivalent to the supply of 400 MLD within a 50-year design horizon. The first stage aims to provide 150 MLD of treated water to Abbotsford and Mission by mid-2015. The second stage will increase capacity to 250 MLD around 2024. Further build-out would occur sometime after 2031."
