Issue 3 is making its rounds, I'm very happy with the way it has turned out, we've got some great stories in the magazine in this issue. Some of them will hit a little close to home for some of our readers, but I have tosincerelyy thank the writer for sharing such touching stories. Viola Goertzen and Jason Chisholm did a great job.
I was beyond happy to have met Vanessa Jones at the outdoor show this year, she has become a god send in helping with editing and proof reading, in the nick of time she managed to get everything done. I hope she will stick around for a while.
We are looking at dealing with some distribution companies to get the public sales up as well as some other options to get the Association and the Backroader out to more people.

The company I work for has organized one in my area for September and after checking out the site it works pretty simple, you just check out whats in your area and commit to to doing a section of river or lake. That's right, THE 10th ANNUAL. Come on out, you wouldn't believe the prizes.

The day starts at 9 am and runs until 4 pm. Meet at the corner of Burma Road and Dewdney Trunk Road.

Last year over 75 volunteers removed over 15 tons of garbage from this road system.

Thus far, we have commitments from C&C trucking, Davies Sand and Gravel and the District of Mission to supply drivers and dump trucks to transport the garbage to the Mission dump. Mission has once again waived the tippage fees for our event.

Smokies will be available for lunch and Tim Horton's coffee will be available.

Just letting everybody know about this year's upcoming show.

Chilliwack, B.C., Canada

Open to ALL IH products: Tractors, Refrigerators, Trucks, Scouts, etc! Any IH item, any age, any condition!

The event is held at the Chilliwack Heritage Park and runs concurrently with the 140th Annual Chilliwack Fair (http://chilliwackfair.com/ ) This is a great opportunity to get the entire family out to an event as there will be plenty of things to do and see for people of all ages!

We will continue to update this thread with more information as it comes in. Last year there were great prizes, camping available, and a host other other goodies that we are hoping to expand upon this year. There will also be a new show website coming soon as well, so stay tuned!

For those who do not know where Chilliwack Heritage Park is located, it is only 25 minutes from the Canada/U.S. Sumas border.
